22 weeks!

Well this past week brought about some amazing new things! David felt Baby girl for the first time...and it just so happened to be the first night in our new house! It was awesome...since then he has felt her a few other times...he is just in shock and awe. This week she is the size of a papaya, about 8 inches long and weighing about 1 pound.
Im still feeling really good, went to my first prenatal yoga class on Thursday. Its just what my body needs. I cant believe I dont take the time more often to meditate and just be. It feels so good :)
David is officially finished with the restaurant until March. So now we need to start decorating and picking out stuff for the nursery! My sister Susan is hosting my baby shower in January so after Christmas we will probably register at Babies R Us and Target. Then in the summer my mom will host a sip and see for all my Ohio peeps! Im so excited, I cant wait to meet her already!!! Hmmmm...thoughts...we she look like me? I had golden wavy locks...pale skin..or will she look like Daddy? Full head of dark hair..dark skin??

Current Cravings: still bagels & cream cheese...any carbs really :) Looking forward to holiday dinners...lol I can take down some food right now!!!!!

20 Weeks!

Although this is my picture of 19 weeks I am currently 20 weeks and 4 days :) My last doctors appointment went really well and we found out we are having a GIRL <3. We told the technician we did not want to know but while she was scanning the baby's body for her kidneys, liver, spine, heart she referred to her as a she which I immediately caught on to. BUT, I thought maybe she was just saying that so we still had her out the surprise picture in an envelope. Dr. Wright said everything looked great, including her heart which is what he was really paying close attention to. Once we were in the car I couldnt wait 5 minutes!!! David opened it first and told me it was a girl, he cried, I cried. It was the most exciting news EVER!!!

Baby Girls heartbeat was 145 bpm and she weighed 12 ounces. Ive gained 10 lbs total so Im currently at 130.

Ive already received 2 gifts in the mail from my mom--baby girl is going to be spoiled rotten. I REALLY love the mommy and me set from Old Navy. It has a pink/brown stripe layette & cap for baby and a matching pajama outfit for me while in the hospital.
