Avah at 14 months

-Can identify her head, nose,tummy and belly button when asked.
-blows kisses
-ruff ruff equals doggie
-bir=bird
-loves music and has quite a few awesome dance moves.. I have a couple songs I made up when she was born and everyone I sing them she moves.. So cute!!
-loves blueberries, strawberries, pizza!!
-wants to go outside constantly, which equals first of many little tantrums.
- throws away her diapers
- says hi to everyone including little babies
- climbs everything!!

Mothers Day

What a beautiful weekend! The weather was perfect, Avah slept all night, had a yummy breakfast and got our first official beach day in! This Mother's Day weekend started with a play date on Friday evening at the park.. Saturday we had Mommy and Avah time at the beach. It was perfect, I couldn't believe how well she did. I pictured chasing her everywhere- she did everything but that. We pointed at every bird that flew by and even fed a couple, she says "bir" :) we ate snack on the blanket for about an hour.. And I swear she even laid down next to me, already teaching her right. Beach time = lay out time. I'm sure once fun Daddy comes along with surf boards and all shell be into the water but right now not so much. Then we took a 2 hour nap together, ahh it was amazing! Been a long time since I napped when she did. Can't wait for summer break. There will be no household chores to cram in while she sleeps. Today we went breakfast and had dinner with David's family at the south end. Now if we can just get over this head cold crud, we are off to my bfs wedding this week!!
